My Approach

My style is to shoot your whole wedding day. Usually meeting with the bride around 10am for prep and staying until the party switches gears at 10pm or so.

I work closely with couples in order to properly re-tell the story of the wedding day while keeping the process as smooth as possible and delivering timeless images.

Pricing is flat rate with no complicated packages or time blocks to make choosing your coverage complicated. I’m there to cover the whole day and show the full story.

My reasonable rates include no additional travel fee in and around Ottawa. I offer unlimited shooting locations on your wedding day to keep things simple.

My Background

I have been photographing weddings for over a decade but before have an additional decade of experience working in real estate, night life, product and commercial photography. I primarily work out of Ottawa Canada but my dual citizenship has allowed me to work with couples from England as well. I have shot weddings all over Ontario, across England, as well as destination weddings in Sweden and Jamaica to name a few. My life long obsession with photography means I am always learning and progressing and ready to work for you delivering photographs you will cherish for years to come.

My style is a mixture of journalistic and classical approach where the story of the day is the key. I use skills honed over the years to best capture the details of your day with a focus goal of capturing candid, unscripted moments. I play an active and outgoing role, I don’t hide in the shadows and I don’t mind giving out direction when it means a better photo.  There are a few posed portions of the day but in general 90% of your coverage will be candid in style.
